These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Service or the use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein without regard to conflicts of law principles.
g. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought in the federal or provincial courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts.
h. The parties hereto confirm that it is their wish that this Agreement, as well as any other documents relating to this Agreement, including notices, have been and shall be drawn up in the English language only.
